Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Lake George, Park County is hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for immediate openings on day and night shifts with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

About the Role

We're seeking experienced nursing professionals to join our senior care community. You'll work 12-hour shifts—either 6a-6p or 6p-6a—providing direct patient care and clinical support in a skilled nursing environment. This is a full-time position where you'll make a tangible difference in residents' lives every day.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to senior residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity throughout your shift
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in Colorado
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing assessment skills
• Genuine commitment to quality senior care and resident well-being
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Reliability and willingness to work rotating shifts
