About the Role

Canby Care Center is seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our evening care team. You'll deliver compassionate, clinically sound care to our residents, supporting their recovery and daily health needs while collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team during the evening shift.

What You'll Do

• Perform nursing assessments and deliver direct patient care within your scope of practice
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical interventions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor resident vital signs, observe changes in condition, and communicate clinical updates to the healthcare team
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and therapy staff
• Document patient information, treatment outcomes, and care activities in medical records
• Respond to resident needs and concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid Minnesota RN or LPN license
• Experience in patient care, clinical nursing, or long-term care environments
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to work independently during evening hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient safety, dignity, and quality care
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic healthcare setting
