Position Summary

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead our Myer Bendigo men's and women's pad. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of Unison, leading a passionate team while delivering an elevated customer experience through strong leadership, exceptional product knowledge, and genuine customer relationship management.

Core Duties

• Led by you, the team will focus on enhancing the shopping experience for Myer Bendigo customers in both men's and women's sections.
• Ensure all staff are well-trained to provide excellent service and product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure a wide range of quality products is available.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concession Manager or similar role in retail environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• In-depth knowledge of men's and women's fashion trends, products, and customer preferences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
