What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision and support to licensed therapists and interns in the ACCS program.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on therapy sessions to ensure quality care and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct regular case reviews with team members to discuss client progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the community to ensure seamless care coordination for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress for documentation purposes.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of South Carolina is necessary.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a therapist in a clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
- A commitment to cultural competency and working within an inclusive environment.
