The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Billing Supervisor to oversee the review and entry of legal invoices for our Claims department. This role involves managing a team of Legal Bill Analysts in ensuring accurate billing amounts, correct claim and firm assignment, and adherence to business rules.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of Legal Bill Analysts responsible for reviewing and entering legal invoices.
- Ensure the accuracy of billing amounts, proper claim and firm assignments, and compliance with business rules.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for invoice review and entry.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in legal billing or related fields. Key responsibilities include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal billing, preferably within the Claims department.
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively supervise and motivate team members.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Proficiency in legal billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
