The Opportunity

Taking on a role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor with TFE Hotels offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide)’s leading hospitality establishments. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at our venues in Otago.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring high standards of service and quality
• Manage a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the F&B department
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
• Participate in training programs for staff development

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and operational policies
• A valid New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide) driver’s license is required for this position
