Role Overview

We are now looking for a Café Supervisor for our Milldale Village who shares our love for people, hospitality, and quality service. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our café.

Core Duties

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective running of the café
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
• Manage a team of baristas, providing training and support where needed
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders to minimize waste
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent leadership skills who can inspire and motivate their team. You should have previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. A passion for customer service and a commitment to quality will set you apart.
