About This Position

We are now seeking a Café Assistant to join our St Johns village team who shares our love for people and hospitality. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our café.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving customers with a warm smile and excellent customer service skills
• Maintaining a clean and tidy café environment
• Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages and light meals
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of events within the café space
• Participating in team activities to foster a positive work culture

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can work well as part of a team. You should be able to multitask effectively and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times. Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting would be advantageous but not essential.
