The Opportunity

Bering Straits Professional Services (BSPS) is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to join our team in Wahiawa, Hawaii. This role will be responsible for overseeing production control processes and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve production schedules and timelines
• Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise during production
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
• Develop and maintain detailed production control documentation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with production control software and systems
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management standards is preferred
