Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance operations on the 3rd shift, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. This role is critical for maintaining the smooth operation of a Food & Beverage manufacturing facility in Green Bay, WI.
Core Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities during the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Ensure equipment reliability through regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing training and performance feedback as needed
- Document all maintenance activities and report to management on progress and challenges
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Respond to emergencies and unexpected issues with quick and effective solutions
- Support the overall goals of HiFyve by contributing to cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Thorough understanding of equipment maintenance and repair processes
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
