Role Overview
The role of a Plant Operator at our Daniels' medical waste treatment facility in Walton, Kentucky, is diverse and crucial. Your Responsibilities
- Check in incoming medical waste containers
- Double-check all paperwork related to waste handling and processing
- Move and unload specific waste containers as needed
- Operate a forklift safely to load an autoclave with waste containers
What We're Looking For
- A reliable and detail-oriented individual
- Basic knowledge of medical waste handling procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
- Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including lifting and moving heavy containers
