Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Metal Finishers to join our manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. This is a full-time position with no remote work options available.
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour (DOE)
- $2.50 shift differential
- Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- Overtime is required on Fridays and Saturdays as production needs dictate
Responsibilities
- Perform metal finishing tasks including sanding, buffing, polishing, and painting
- Maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents on the job
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production processes
Requirements
- Experience as a Metal Finisher is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with metal finishing equipment and techniques is beneficial
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for travel between shifts or to the workplace
