Core Duties Led by you, the team will focus on enhancing the shopping experience for Myer Bendigo customers in both men's and women's sections. Ensure all staff are well-trained to provide excellent service and product knowledge. Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure a wide range of quality products is available. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement. Qualifications Proven experience as a Concession Manager or similar role in retail environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. In-depth knowledge of men's and women's fashion trends, products, and customer preferences. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
