About the Role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise the service team providing customer service, sales, and product pick-up and delivery
- Hire, train, develop, and evaluate the service team
- Ensure Cintas customer satisfaction through effective supervision and support of the service team
Requirements
- Experience in supervisory roles within a similar industry is preferred
- A strong background in customer service, sales, and product delivery
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
