The Opportunity
Flynn Taco Bell, the 3rd largest Taco Bell franchisee globally, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Madison location in Dane County. This full-time role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team, drive operational excellence, and make a meaningful impact on your restaurant's success within a rapidly expanding franchise organization.
What You'll Do
- Direct daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Lead and mentor crew members to ensure outstanding customer service and product quality
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and health department regulations
- Drive profitability and manage costs for your location
- Collaborate with Flynn leadership to meet performance targets and operational objectives
- Address operational challenges and implement efficiency improvements
Skills & Qualifications
- Restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop restaurant teams
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
- Understanding of food safety regulations and health code requirements
- Budget management and cost control experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
