About the Role

As a Restaurant Crew Member at Jimmy John's Alamance, you'll be a core part of the operation — from the first slice to the final wipe-down. Every store employee (except the General Manager) earns tips on top of their wages, so delivering fast, friendly service pays off directly for you.

What You'll Do

• Prep ingredients to Jimmy John's quality and speed standards
• Build sandwiches accurately and quickly during high-volume rushes
• Handle cash register transactions and provide attentive customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Learn the full Jimmy John's menu inside and out — and use that knowledge to help guests find what they love
• Support the team across all front- and back-of-house tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Reliable availability for weekend shifts (required)
• Ability to work at a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Willingness to memorize menu items and specials
• Team-first attitude and a dependable work ethic
• Prior food service or cashier experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
