The Opportunity
Hankey Group External is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team at Midway Auto Group. What You'll Do
- Handle incoming calls from customers seeking reservations for test drives or service appointments
- Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is captured and recorded

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Support the team in various administrative tasks related to reservations management
