The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an upbeat, service-minded Leasing Agent for our property at Heritage at Cottonwood Creek in San Marcos, TX. As a member of the Cohen-Esrey Communities team, you will be responsible for managing and leasing properties to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both residents and visitors.

Core Duties

• Manage and maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions with current and potential tenants.
• Process applications, screen applicants, and conduct interviews as needed.
• Prepare and sign leases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Handle move-ins and move-outs efficiently, maintaining property conditions during these transitions.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance staff to address any issues or concerns promptly.

What You Bring

• A minimum of one year of experience in leasing or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
