About the Role
As a Mobile Leasing Agent with Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our residential properties throughout the Kansas City region. This is an on-site, full-time position that involves routine travel among the communities you support, so reliable transportation and a flexible, on-the-go mindset are essential. If you thrive on connecting with people and take pride in helping prospective residents find a place to call home, you'll fit right in with our team and the upbeat culture we've built.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel regularly between assigned Cohen-Esrey properties across the Kansas City area to provide leasing coverage where it's needed.
- Guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and the leasing process with a friendly, service-first approach.
- Build positive relationships with prospects and current residents to support occupancy and retention.
- Represent each community professionally while adapting to the unique needs of every property you visit.
Qualifications
- An upbeat, service-minded attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly among multiple properties in the Kansas City area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to a customer-facing leasing role.
- Comfort working independently across changing locations and daily schedules.
