PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting is seeking a Med Spa Manager to establish and lead VIO Med Spa's newly launching location in Queen Creek, Arizona. This full-time, on-site position at The Switchyard offers the opportunity to shape the facility's opening and drive its growth.
Role Overview
As the Med Spa Manager, you'll take ownership of all operational aspects of VIO Med Spa's Queen Creek location. Working on-site, you'll build the team, establish clinical standards, and create systems that deliver exceptional patient care. Given the facility's pre-opening status, the role includes some evening and weekend availability during the launch phase as you prepare for opening day and ongoing operations.
What You'll Do
- Direct all day-to-day business operations and clinical management
- Build and lead a qualified team of nurses, technicians, and support staff
- Establish quality assurance and patient safety protocols
- Manage patient scheduling, intake, and customer experience programs
- Oversee inventory, medical equipment, supplies, and facility maintenance
- Develop patient retention initiatives and community engagement strategies
- Monitor key operational metrics and revenue performance
- Maintain compliance with Arizona healthcare and aesthetic licensing standards
Qualifications
- Experience managing a med spa, aesthetic clinic, or wellness facility
- Demonstrated leadership ability with team building and staff development skills
- Knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments and industry best practices
- Business acumen including financial management and operational planning
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Flexibility and adaptability in startup or launch environments
- Valid Arizona business license or ability to obtain one
