About the Role
As a Server at Vitalia Highland Heights, you'll be a friendly, familiar face in our senior living community's dining room. Working a consistent 10am–6pm shift, you'll help deliver warm, attentive table service that makes mealtimes a highlight for the people who call our community home. This position is part of the Arrow Senior Living family, where team members are valued as much as the residents they serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests, take meal orders, and serve food and beverages with courtesy and attention to detail
- Set, clear, and reset dining tables to keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Accommodate dietary preferences and special requests to support each resident's needs
- Partner with kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely, accurate meal delivery
- Foster a positive, home-like atmosphere that reflects the community's core values
Qualifications
- A warm, service-minded attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with older adults
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Reliability and availability for the scheduled 10am–6pm shift
- Ability to stand, move, and carry trays throughout a dining service
- Prior serving, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
