About the Role

As a Landscape Maintenance Staff Member with GardaWorld Federal Services Llc, you will help care for and preserve the appearance of grounds and green spaces at a facility in Surprise, Arizona. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position. The role is fully on-site in Maricopa County — it is not a remote or teleworking position, and no travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape upkeep, including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning across assigned grounds.
• Maintain plant beds, turf, shrubs, and trees to keep outdoor areas neat and presentable.
• Operate and care for standard landscaping tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Remove debris, manage irrigation needs, and support general grounds-keeping tasks as directed.
• Follow site safety guidelines and reporting procedures while working on location in Surprise, AZ.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically active, outdoor work in Arizona conditions throughout the workday.
• Reliability and a strong commitment to consistent, on-time attendance for a full-time schedule.
• Comfort using common landscaping and grounds-maintenance equipment.
• Authorization to work on-site in Surprise, Maricopa County, with no teleworking option.

Compensation

This position pays $23.43 per hour, consisting of an $18.34 base hourly rate plus $5.09 in health and welfare (H&W). The listed pay reflects the full rate for the role, including both base pay and H&W benefits in accordance with applicable requirements.
