Position Summary
The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing and processing reservations for our esteemed Embassy Suites Palm Beach. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Process hotel reservations from various channels, including phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Handle inquiries related to room availability, rates, and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' needs promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the reservation management system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process.
Who We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reservations or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems such as Sabre or Opera is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
