Rental Sales Agent – Part Time

About the Role

As our Rental Sales Agent in Bozeman, you'll be the primary customer-facing representative at our depot. Reporting directly to the Branch Operations Manager, you'll own the complete rental experience—from initial inquiry through vehicle return. This is a hands-on position where your initiative and problem-solving directly impact guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with campervan rental inquiries and bookings
• Conduct pre-rental and post-rental vehicle inspections and walkthroughs
• Maintain accurate records of fleet condition, maintenance needs, and customer interactions
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to resolve customer concerns and operational issues
• Perform basic fleet maintenance and cleaning to keep vehicles in excellent condition
• Promote rental options and ensure customers understand terms and safety procedures
