About the Role

As a Specialist in Retail Supply – Renewables, you'll be at the intersection of supply chain strategy, renewable energy commerce, and customer-focused operations. Working within BP's Supply, Trading & Shipping division, you'll manage the supply, logistics, and delivery of renewable energy products to retail customers while identifying new commercial opportunities in an evolving clean energy landscape. You'll leverage data-driven insights and digital tools to optimize supply flows, ensure compliance, and support BP's transition toward a net zero future.

What You'll Do

• Manage supply contracts, inventory, and logistics for renewable energy retail offerings in North America
• Analyze market trends, demand forecasting, and customer requirements to inform supply strategy
• Collaborate with trading, commercial, and operations teams to develop competitive pricing and product positioning
• Monitor regulatory compliance and environmental standards for renewable energy products and delivery
• Use digital platforms and analytics tools to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
• Support business development efforts by evaluating new renewable energy market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, environmental science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, renewable energy, trading, or retail operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data analytics and planning tools
• Proficiency in supply chain or ERP software systems
• Knowledge of renewable energy markets, products, or regulations (solar, wind, battery storage, or related)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across functional teams
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating rapid change and complexity
