About the Role
This is a freelance, 1099 contract position based in and around Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Rental Property Photographer, you'll visit single-family rental properties on a flexible schedule and produce polished real estate photography and immersive 3D tours that help homes get noticed and rented faster. You set the pace of your own bookings while meeting PlanOmatic's standards for quality and quick turnaround.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph single-family rental homes throughout the Charlotte (North) and Mecklenburg County region.
- Create professional real estate imagery and 3D virtual tours that showcase each property accurately.
- Deliver completed assignments promptly to support PlanOmatic's fast turnaround commitment.
- Travel reliably to scheduled property locations and manage your own appointment calendar.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in real estate, property, or interior photography.
- Comfort capturing 3D tours, or a willingness to learn the workflow.
- Your own camera equipment and dependable transportation across the Charlotte area.
- Strong time management and the self-direction to thrive as an independent 1099 contractor.
