What You'll Do

• Answer inbound questions via phone, email, and chat about pet health concerns, scheduling, and general care topics
• Guide owners through service options and prepare them for upcoming visits with clear next-step instructions
• Document every conversation thoroughly inside the client-management system and flag items needing clinical follow-up
• Coordinate smoothly with internal care staff to resolve timing or access issues for clients
• Handle routine account updates, progress checks, and reconnection of owners with the right resources
• Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach during high-volume or emotionally charged conversations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing support, ideally involving animals, health, or service coordination
• Clear verbal and written communication skills that translate technical or medical-adjacent information into everyday language
• Working knowledge of common veterinary terms and everyday pet-care practices
• Comfort learning and operating CRM platforms, shared calendars, and remote collaboration tools
• Reliable home workspace with uninterrupted internet and the ability to manage a full-time remote schedule independently
• Strong organizational habits, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping pet owners feel supported
