About the Role
As a Veterinary Business Partner with Petfolk in Tulsa, Tulsa County, you'll help shape the day-to-day success of a veterinary practice from both a clinical and operational standpoint. This position reports to the Regional Partner / Director of Operations and is opening as part of Petfolk's future growth in the area. The schedule is full-time, five days per week — including every weekend for the first six months, then shifting to alternating weekends going forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leadership to drive the performance and growth of the local Petfolk practice.
- Balance clinical priorities with hands-on business and operational management.
- Foster a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment for pet parents and their animals.
- Support and develop the on-site team to deliver a consistently high standard of care.
- Help build a thriving veterinary presence across the Tulsa metro area.
Qualifications
- A people-first leader who pairs clinical understanding with operational know-how.
- Availability for a full-time schedule, including weekend coverage as outlined above.
- Comfortable working on-site in Tulsa, OK (this is not a remote position).
- Motivated by both quality medicine and an exceptional client experience.
