Runna is hiring a Customer Experience Senior Associate in Denver, Colorado, to help everyday runners get the most out of a training platform built for their goals. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who loves people, problem-solving, and the sport of running.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Senior Associate at Runna, you'll be a trusted point of contact for runners using our app — from beginners chasing a faster 5k to first-time marathoners. Based in our Denver, Colorado office, you'll turn everyday support moments into reasons our community stays and grows, while feeding what you learn back into the product and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to runner questions across support channels with clarity, empathy, and speed.
- Resolve issues end to end, escalating thoughtfully and following up until problems are truly solved.
- Spot patterns in user feedback and share insights that improve the app and the runner experience.
- Help shape support processes, templates, and knowledge resources as the team scales.
- Partner with product, coaching, and engineering colleagues to advocate for customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer experience, customer support, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a genuinely helpful and patient approach.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the ownership to see issues through.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, growing environment and adapting as priorities shift.
- Able to work full-time, on-site in Denver, Colorado.
- An interest in running, fitness, or coaching is a strong plus.
