About the Role

As a placement recruiter at RecXchange, you'll operate as an independent professional, connecting qualified candidates with employers across the globe. Unlike traditional recruiting agencies, this role lets you keep your placement commissions whole—no middleman cuts—giving you control over your income and work schedule. You'll focus on building a pipeline of talent and matching them with high-demand positions, working entirely remotely.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and hiring managers
• Negotiate terms and manage the placement process from offer through onboarding
• Build your candidate network across multiple industries and geographies
• Track placements and billing to maximize your commission earnings
• Communicate updates with clients and candidates throughout the hiring cycle
