St. Luke's Health System is hiring a full-time Rehabilitation Aide for our Center for Orthopedic and Sports Medicine in Boise, Ada County. In this patient-focused role, you'll support our rehabilitation team in delivering quality care to individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and sports-related conditions.
About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Aide, you'll be part of a healthcare team dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Your contributions directly impact patient recovery outcomes in our orthopedic and sports medicine setting. This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, working either morning shifts or late afternoon through 6:00 PM.
What You'll Do
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities under clinical supervision
- Support rehabilitation therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment
- Help patients with activities of daily living during their recovery process
- Monitor and report on patient progress and any concerns to the therapy team
- Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment following healthcare standards
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered support throughout the rehabilitation process
