  • Coordinate with clinical staff regarding missing information or documentation needed before patient treatment
  • Resolve patient billing inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple patient check-ins during peak hours

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED; some healthcare or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems, electronic health records, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly
