We're seeking licensed RNs to deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing care in our 176-bed long-term care community, where resident dignity, clinical excellence, and quality of life drive everything we do.

About the Role

This is a full-time nursing position where you'll provide direct clinical care and support residents across our facility. You'll play a central role in a care model that emphasizes individualized attention, spiritual sensitivity, and genuine improvement in residents' daily lives.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of resident health status
• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans that address medical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions
• Administer medications and treatments following clinical protocols and best practices
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document care accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and clinical needs
• Champion a culture of respect, empowerment, and resident-centered care initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
