About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at our 176-bed facility, you'll deliver compassionate direct patient care while leading clinical nursing teams. This is a full-time position that combines medical expertise with genuine connection to the individuals we serve—supporting not just health outcomes, but quality of life and dignity.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, including assessment, treatment, and care coordination
• Administer medications, manage wounds, and monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment
• Develop and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical changes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and health management strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and communicate patient status to the care team
• Mentor and support nursing staff in delivering consistent, high-quality clinical care

What We're Looking For

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Active CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care or acute care preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to patient advocacy and compassionate care
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
