About the Role

As Store Supervisor at Sheetz, you'll oversee store operations, supervise team members, and ensure exceptional customer service and product quality every shift. You'll balance hands-on floor leadership with strategic planning, managing inventory, cash handling, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment where your team thrives.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate store staff, delegating tasks effectively and providing coaching to drive individual performance
• Monitor and maintain product quality, food safety standards, and store cleanliness throughout operational hours
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and daily financial reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor optimization to meet business demands
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills
• Train new employees and reinforce company policies and operating procedures
• Stock shelves, prepare products, and assist with store maintenance as needed
