Registered Nurse New Graduate Med/Surg - Intermountain Health - Burley, Idaho

The Opportunity

Intermountain Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg unit in Burley, Idaho. As an RN on this team, you will provide safe and evidence-based care to adult patients, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, and patient/family education. You will collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and preceptors while building strong clinical skills.

What You'll Do

  • Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, ensuring accurate documentation of findings
  • Administer medications safely and accurately according to hospital policies and protocols
