Role Overview
We are seeking caring and dedicated nurses to join our Care Home in Knoxfield, VIC. Part-time positions are available for experienced Registered Nurses with at least 12 months of experience, working morning and afternoon shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Casual positions are also available for nurses with 2-3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Care for elderly residents in a residential care setting
- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors
- Assess the health needs of residents and report to the medical team
- Participate in shift handovers and document resident care plans accurately
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents
What You Bring
- A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in aged care is preferred but not mandatory
