Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Kawungan, Fraser Coast. Core Duties

• Evaluate and manage patient health needs within the scope of nursing practice
• Provide compassionate care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being
• Administer medications as prescribed by a medical practitioner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications

• A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A passion for providing quality care to older Australians
