Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our growing, friendly, values-driven team at Palm Healthcare in Barton, South Canberra. As part of our collaborative care group, you will be an integral member of multiple General Practices within the area, including Holt, Woden.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a general practice setting
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Contribute to a team-based approach to patient management and treatment plans
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health regulations and standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration from AHPRA
• Experience in general practice or related field preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
