Role Overview

Skilled Medical is seeking a General Practitioner for urgent coverage on a single day shift at a Metropolitan VIC Health Service. The position requires working from 9-5 on August 21st.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
• Offer preventive health care advice, including immunizations and screenings.
• Prescribe medications as necessary and ensure safe and effective use by patients.
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• A registered General Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPPA).
• Current practising certificate from the Medical Board of Australia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
