What This Role Involves
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our home health team in Fairhaven, Maryland. As an RN in this role, you will provide essential care to patients within their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical support and treatment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
- Assess patient's health status and document findings
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and home safety measures
- Perform routine medical procedures as required by the patient’s treatment plan
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Maryland
- Home health experience is recommended but not required
