About the Role

This position sits at the center of our asset protection strategy. You'll identify potential vulnerabilities, respond to security concerns, and investigate suspected theft or loss incidents. Working across assigned regions, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of loss patterns and work collaboratively with store teams to strengthen preventive measures and create a secure environment.

What You'll Do

• Execute surveillance operations to detect and deter internal and external theft
• Investigate loss incidents, gather evidence, and compile detailed findings
• Document all incidents and investigations with accuracy and clarity
• Report findings and recommendations to the Director of Security and Loss Prevention
• Implement corrective measures aligned with company loss prevention standards
• Conduct regional store visits to assess security practices and asset protection
• Identify trends and vulnerabilities to guide ongoing loss prevention initiatives
• Respond promptly to reported security concerns and suspicious activity
