Regional Human Resources Manager – State Veterans Homes

STG International is looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to support State Veterans Homes operations in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. This is a full-time position with a forward-thinking employer committed to serving our nation's veteran population. About the Role

As Regional Human Resources Manager for State Veterans Homes, you'll oversee HR leadership and strategy across multiple facility locations. You'll serve as a strategic partner to facility leadership, translating HR policy into practical operations and supporting the mission to provide quality residential care and services to veteran residents. This role requires someone who understands the unique demands of healthcare and residential environments, combined with strong HR expertise.

What You'll Do

• Lead human resources initiatives across assigned State Veterans Homes facilities
• Direct recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations programs aligned with facility needs
• Manage compliance with employment law, workplace safety standards, and veteran facility regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies that support both operational excellence and employee satisfaction
• Oversee performance management, training, and professional development for facility staff
• Partner with facility administrators on staffing strategy and organizational planning
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflicts, and workplace conduct matters
• Monitor HR metrics and reporting to demonstrate program effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in healthcare or government settings
• Strong knowledge of employment law and federal/state compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and manage multiple locations or departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HR systems, payroll integration, and data management
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support
• Commitment to supporting and honoring the veteran community
