About the Role

As a Housing Program Case Aide, you'll provide direct support to youth participating in housing programs, helping them navigate resources, maintain stable living situations, and develop the skills needed for long-term success. This East Village, Chicago position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and Saturday hours as program needs require.

What You'll Do

• Support youth enrolled in housing programs with case management and resource coordination
• Assist clients in accessing housing, financial, and social services
• Maintain detailed case notes and program documentation
• Transport clients to appointments, services, and community resources as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and program outcomes
• Model professionalism, reliability, and commitment to youth development
