About the Role

As a Regional Account Manager specialising in the Global Clients Program, you'll develop and maintain strategic relationships with LinkedIn's largest regional accounts. Based in Dublin but working remotely, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio, driving account strategy and delivering exceptional value to Spanish-speaking enterprise clients across your region.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key regional accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and upselling LinkedIn solutions
  • Develop tailored account strategies aligned with each client's business objectives and market opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with account stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within your assigned accounts
  • Forecast pipeline, manage sales cycles, and achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving business challenges and professional development needs

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish language capability, both written and spoken
  • Proven track record in enterprise account management or B2B sales with multinational accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex, strategic client relationships
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising technology, or SaaS business models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-focused with strong organisational abilities
  • Experience managing remote accounts or working independently in distributed environments
