About the Role

As a Real Estate Sales Agent with Coldwell Banker in Phillips Ranch, you'll represent buyers and sellers through every stage of their real estate transactions. This is a full-time position offering the independence of a sales role combined with the support, training, and resources of a global real estate organization. You'll build client relationships, develop your reputation in the Los Angeles County market, and earn commission-based income with growth potential as you expand your book of business.

What You'll Do

• Conduct property consultations and market analyses to guide clients' buying and selling decisions
• Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting features and addressing client questions
• Prepare and present competitive market analysis and listing presentations to prospective sellers
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of buyers and sellers
• Coordinate transaction details, inspections, appraisals, and closing logistics
• Build a client base through prospecting, networking, and referral development
• Stay current on Phillips Ranch and surrounding Los Angeles County market trends and regulations

What We're Looking For
