Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential property throughout Orange County
• Generate and nurture leads to grow your own book of business
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and the transaction process
• Conduct showings, open houses, and property tours
• Negotiate offers and manage deals through to closing
• Maintain clear, responsive communication with clients at every stage

Qualifications
