Quality Assurance Technician

Formula Corp is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality Department in Algona, King County. In this full-time role, you'll ensure our products meet rigorous quality, safety, and regulatory standards through hands-on testing and rigorous documentation review.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll be essential to Formula Corp's commitment to excellence. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll play a direct role in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety requirements. This is a hands-on position that combines laboratory testing, analytical work, and meticulous record-keeping.

What You'll Do

• Conduct physical and analytical tests on incoming raw materials and components
• Evaluate and document bulk batch blends to ensure consistency and quality
• Review and verify batch records for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Execute standardized testing protocols and maintain detailed test results
• Identify deviations or quality issues and escalate findings to the QA Manager
• Support compliance with industry safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to perform precise physical and analytical testing work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation
• Ability to follow standardized testing protocols and procedures
• Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and regulatory compliance
• Reliable, safety-conscious work ethic
