About the Role
This full-time, weekend-focused Qualified Professional / QP position is based on-site at our Behavioral Health Urgent Care location in Burlington, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct support and coordinated care to individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and substance use challenges
- Provide qualified professional services in a fast-paced behavioral health urgent care setting during weekend hours
- Help guide individuals toward appropriate resources, services, and next steps in their care journey
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff to maintain a safe, welcoming, and person-centered environment
- Document interactions and uphold quality standards in line with RHA Health Services policies and applicable regulations
