QC Technician

Core Duties

• Conduct testing and inspection of aggregates, concrete, and asphalt to verify compliance with specifications
• Operate and maintain quality control equipment and instrumentation
• Document test results, maintain detailed records, and prepare quality reports
• Identify and escalate quality issues to production supervisors
• Perform sample collection and preparation for laboratory analysis
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in quality control, laboratory work, or related testing environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to operate precision measurement and testing equipment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
• Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial settings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
